The Redclick insurance brand has been launched in Ireland following the acquisition of Liberty Insurance by Generali, a global leader in the insurance industry.
Redclick will provide property and casualty insurance to 250,000 Irish customers, Liberty Insurance’s existing home and motor insurance customer base.
The company employs over 400 professionals between their operations in Cavan, Enniskillen, and Dublin.

Generali is one of the biggest insurance and asset management groups worldwide, present in over 50 countries, with 82,000 employees, and currently looking after 70 million customers worldwide. The company had a total premium income of €81.5 billion in 2022.
Lorenzo Ioan is the new general manager for the company’s Irish and Northern Irish operations. Generali has said that the launch of the Redclick brand demonstrates its commitment to the Irish market.

“The launch of the RedClick brand in Ireland demonstrates the group’s commitment to expand its footprint in the Irish market offering innovative insurance solutions tailored to the evolving needs of consumers as well as enhancing local competition,” Generali said.
Deputy CEO, Jaime Anchústegui, said the company was delighted to launch RedClick in the Irish market combining the expertise of its talented local team with the robust capabilities of Generali Group.
“We also welcome the opportunity to deepen our relationships with our existing Ireland-based customers and brokers and are excited to engage with new customers as well as bring renewed competition to the Irish market, shaped by our robust and sustainable business model with the potential to benefit all Irish consumers,” he added.
